Default Scanner Help

Hey,

I need a good scanner, that will be abel to scan (Obviously) small writing, so it is clear when it has been transferred to PC.

I thinik the font size, would be about 8. Would a scanner be able to resize the document on my PC, so everything looks larger than it is?

I'm a real noob on PC's, so sorry about my noonb-ness. Bascially, if I copy a A4 sized document, will it be the same size of everything on my PC?

And lastly, can anyone recommend a really good scanner, and tell me what the differences would be, as opposed to a lesser quality one?

Thanks for any help

you would have to scan a document as PDF, and then edit it using CutePDF.

Any basic scanner will work, newer ones just look really slim.

I recommend an all-in-one printer though, because it scans and prints.

Right, I've just downloaded CutePDF.

If the text size on the printed paper was 8, could I sort it out that the text, after I've got it back on my PC, would be larger, and looked say, 12?

And do you have any specific model to recommend? And what things to look out for when buying one?

Thanks

You can edit the PDF file, and change size, font, style, etc.

I havent used CutePDF, but i know its free and edits PDF's. I currently use Adobe Acrobat.

Just find a scanner, used or new:

Canon CanoScan Flatbed Scanner - 1200*2400 DPI - $43.89
