I have a user who is unable to send emails out due to the scanjet software only shooting 4mb jpeg scans to the machine when hitting the email button. User wants to be able to hit the email button and have the scan go directly into Outlook at a normal size vs having to tweak it down after hitting the email button then re-attaching it.
Opened the HP Scanjet 5590 software.
Went to Button Settings > Email Button > Advanced Email options for Save type > JPEG OPTIONS (This is greyed out) The scan saves as JPEG no matter which file type you select. JPEG options needs to be available to where I can slide the quality down to enable the file to come across as a smaller size to be able to send out without issue.
Anybody out there know how to get the JPEG OPTIONS button to be clickable?
