OP OP S stehodges Baseband Member Messages 31 Sep 5, 2004 #13 There is no 'native'channel that I can see. All that is mentioned in the manual is the two SATA ports. So can i assume they only support disks setup as a RAID?

A ag3 Fully Optimized Messages 1,536 Sep 5, 2004 #14 You have to have a native channel. Considering you only have two SATA ports, try connecting the HDD into the other one.

S slvrstang Daemon Poster Messages 754 Sep 5, 2004 #17 i had this problem as well, i had 4 SATA ports 2 for RAID and 2 regular connections they were in different places on the motherboard so i suggest you find the SATA1 port and plugging into that.
