sat tv on pc with harddisk recorder and videoprojektor

Hey my name is ben and i come from denmark( sorry my english)
i have a little problem wish i hope someone can help me with.

My problem is that i want too make my pc too a harddiskrecorder with its own sattelite reciver soo i can see another program while i am recording
in the same time i will like too emproved my outgoing videosignal soo i can use my projekter in 1068 x 768 solution

i have found this card from pinnacle but no one are selling it in denmark soo i have order it directly from pinnacle.
