Yeah PCI-E is supposed to be like 16x, but right now it's not fully utilized......

but if the mainbords with PCI EXPRESS come out would the price be high for those mainbords?

I don't know, there's a few PCI-E boards out as it is and I don't think they are very high in price...motherboards usually don't get too expensive, but in my mind $125 for the latest mobo is a pretty good price, it's the CPU, and the rest of the components that really kill ya.
