Default Rosewell PSU?

Does anyone know how the quality of their Psus are? I just found this
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817182009
on newegg. 24 pin and 26A on the 12 volt. But its dirt cheap, so I'm weary. How are their products in general?
