125/150 (core and memory frequency, respectively) is usually the standard for a TNT2 M64. Examine the memory chips carefully; these can be the key to why the memory is set lower than normal (usually, look for special numbers for the memory cycle time, e.g. a "70" might indicate a cycle time of 7ns, which equates to a default frequency of 143 MHz).
