Default restoring RAID-0 set after mb failure?

running a Western digital 36GB raptor raid-0 set on an ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe has the onboard SiL3112r SATA RAID controller.

my pc doesnt want to post all the sudden. could be the processor, could be the MB. in the case that it's the motherboard, is there a way of reinitializing the raid-0 set on an identical new motherboard without wiping the drives?

both the drives are new and fine. not damaged in any way. they were always cooled by fans and never got warmer than mildly warm.
