Anyway, I seem to be having a problem with one of my computers at school. We cannot figure out what is wrong with it.

We can install windows perfectly fine.
Every time it boots, it either says that it's missing a file called system in system32, it blue screen of deaths, or restarts as soon as it is finished booting.

We changed hdd's and reinstalled, but the same thing happend, so i don't think it is a software error. (Both hdd's are known to be good)

Could it be a motherboard error, or a ram error, or what, any ideas?

Well try to run memtest86 if you think it is not a software problem.

Let memtest run for 10-20 minutes, if there is any problems it should come right up.
