OK, looks as though I'm gonna go for that Leadtek one. If someone could look over my system specs and confirm if it's gonna be compatible that would be great:-

MSI MS-6741
AMD Athlon 64 3400+
Windows XP Home SP2
1GB RAM
220GB HD

Yeah, it will be fine.

Just one thing, you will need to do a format or a driver clean - which is more effort than it is worth, as you got to download something to clean every last trace of ATI. And it is always good to do a format every now and then to get rid of all the spyware.

I actually just reinstalled Windows a week ago, and I think someone here gave me a link to a driver cleaner so all should be well. :)

You will find there are problems with anything you buy. Most of them are user related. That card is still your best choice.

You could try the eVGA Geforce 6600GT 128MB Newegg is offering. Their prices fluctuate like crazy, though, so it might be lower or higher by the end of the week.

I always check the following sites daily whenever I'm looking for a purchase:

Yeah, those EVGA cards seem to be highly thought of, but unfortunately it seems there aren't available in the UK, and we don't don't have a Newegg over here.
