record dictation from voice recorder

Does anyone know how I might record from a digital voice recorder ro PC? It has an earbud output jack. Do you know of a cord that mih go from earbud output to mic input?

they do make cables that you plug into the audio jack of the recorrder into the audio jack of the PC. Look at Radio Shack for more info.
