For about a year and a half I've been using a iogear KVM switch. Recently it broke down. I really can't complain since it cost about $19 and did do a good job for awhile. But it sure was inconvenient.
I've replaced it with another iogear KVM switch, this one with all usb ports. This one is also cheap, works well now, but I suspect a max life of 2 year out of it.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a KVM switch that will last many years? Thanks

19 bucks for a 2 year life span is a pretty sweet deal.

My old KVM in my server room was 4 grand and lasted 6 years I replaced that with a 2 grand one about 2 years ago.

I'm using those iogear thingys with lots of cables. I was thinking one of those expensive box things might be permanent. But they break down fast too? Ugh.
