I have a Wireless Network Card the Realtek 8180L
All is fine with the card untill any loss of power.
If for some reason the power goes off. The network card doesnt come back on.
I have to unplug the pc from the wall for 10 minutes or so and then switch it back on for it to work.
Firstly I though its just reacting to the sudden surge of power when it comes back on. But the pc is set to stay siwtched off in the event of power loss primarily so things dont go bang due to the serge of power.
I have even tried unplugging the pc when the power goes off, waiting for the power to come back on then pluggin the pc back in to make sure of no surges.
Any Ideas? Is the card faulty?
