How is this and the gfx is the PCIe version? Is HyperX or Corsair XMS really worth it?

Looks good, and yes everything is worth it...if I could see the price tag.
Both of those memory types are well worth it for some things, but I think that just sticking with Kingston ValueRAM is better because it is like the same thing just not in a heatsink metal folder like HyperX is and Corsair XMS. The timings are better but it will still perform just as good on the ValueRAM, anywas thats your choice.

I'll sell those 2 x 256 MB DDR333 sticks and buy myself a Dual Channel Kit of 512MB Kingston ValueRAM.

This is the stuff I'm using on my AA8-Duramax right now except it is DDR2. I love it. My timings are down to 3-2-3-8 stable and this is for DDR2 so those are great timings.

I would get Kingmax personally, although Kingston is still pretty good

Firstly get Some Decent DDR 400 ram Any well know brand will do the, Kingmax ram apparently overclocks very well, 250Mhz+
