Default Re fresh rate on TFT monitor

ok my 17" ben-Q flat screen is on 75hertz at the moment but ive heard its better to be on 60? is that correct

75 hertz is alot clearer, but takes more electricity on your monitor. 60 hertz is what most monitors are at, if you are saving electricity.

You will get the most performance at 60hz:

Cisco CCNA, Comptia A+, 1/3 through CCNP
