Default Raptor HardDrives

I wanted peoples opinions on whether or not I should buy a raptor harddrive. I've heard they're fast as hell, but is it worth the money. Cuz i wanna put it in my shuttle and making it lightning fast, but is it worth the extra 35-40$? or should i just get a regular 80gb 8mb buffer 7200 rpm hdd?

If you can afford one, it's absolutely worth it. I'm building another computer in a month or two and there's nothing that could talk me out of it. It's definitely faster that anything else. The only thing I've turned away from was doing two 34's in raid 0. I'm just going to get one 74. Benchmarks show that two in raid 0 are hardly any faster than one 74gig. Good luck with everything!
