random reboots.

I have a computer in our office that occasionally (about 1-3 times a week) will just reboot itself, whether someone is using it or not. When it comes bcack up it always gives me the 'system has recovered from a serious error message'. The computer is basically our office server, and it got hit by a lightning surge about 2 mnths ago. The only things not replaced at this point are: the hard drives (4 250gb drives in raid 5, the raid card itself was replaced), the cpu (amd athlon xp 3200+), and two sata dvd burners w/ their respective sata controller card... everything else is new. I suppose it could be some obscure problem w/ the cpu. what do you guys think?

try maybe reformating the disc it sound like a virus or a corrupt hdd
