Random Blank Screen

System:
Athlon XP 2400+ (133FSB)
Gigabyte GA7VA mobo
Seagate 160 and 80GB hds 7200rpm
Radeon 9800 pro 128mb
Volcano 12 Heatsink+Fan (6000+rpm)
1GB PC2700 Ram
Lite On CDRW

I am getting random blank screens.. i am playing a game of counter strike, Battlefeild and all of a sudden my screen gose blank and my pc stops responding (the screen is still on because the light dose not start frashing so the 3d card is acctually sending a blank screen) the only way to get out of this blank screen is to push the rebot button.. this happens like 2 times an houre only in games. it is getting fkn anoying.

any ideas to what i could be.. i have flashed the bios, tryed defult and omega card drivers and have reinstalled windows. The fan is on full speed all the time and the cpu idols at 49-54 deg and system 30 deg fan full speed is 6025 rpm. I have 1 case fan and thats all my case supports

have you tried to put the graphics up lately? maybe you put it on a resolution your card doesnt not handle?

54 in C or F AMD is meant to run hot bud i've actually had problems keepin that chip to cool so keep that in mind.
