random beeping

when i start my pc everything is fine, just the single beep when it boots. every now and then it starts beeping,just single beeps at random times.i thought it was over heating so off came the side andi put a huge fan blowing into the case. it's still doing it and driving me insane! everything is upto date (including chipset,gfx,sound etc). it does it when the comp is idle or under load. the only thing i can think is the pus is not powerful enough. any ideas?
i have my rig at stock

forgot to add, cpu cooler- gigabite rocket pro
4 case fans (all working) 3 intake,1 exhaust (stock setup)

You have Vapochill? Theres no way that thing is overheating!
Even if you don't have vapochill theres no way with a case like that and that many fans that it overheats. Your PSU should be fine also, 550W is damn good. I can't think of anything it could be unless maybe your RAM gets full but you have 1GB, so that can't be it. Maybe you'll just have to put up with it, lol, it's not that annoying is it?
