Ok, this is the deal, ill post screenshots of each Section of CPU-Z and you lot can determine what i should get.

I'm still looking for what speed it is. Not helped by the "Dell" bit.



It won't be, as the CPU FSB is 133mhz.

Don't worry about what Diablo said, even if you do buy PC3200 ram it will still run at PC2700 speeds

Get the CHEAPEST 512 meg stick of PC3200 ram

remove the old stuff and put these in, if they run at 200mhz (also known as ddr400 or pc3200) than just throw the old stuff away. if they still run at 133mhz (pc 2700) than put old stuff in and see if it will run in dual channel, if it does leave it in, if it doesn't throw it away anyway.
