Unhappy RAM Problems

I got a Corsair dual channel 2 x 512 pc3200. I pull out my old 512 stick and replace it with the 2 new ones, then turn my comp on. It starts up,showing the screen where its detects the hardware, then it goes to this:

And does nothing from there. I can pull the 2 Sticks out, put the old one back in, and it boots up normal. I did some googling, and really found nothing. Anybody have an idea what the problem could be?

Specs are as follows:

Abit IS7-E mobo
P4 2.8g 800fsb
Nvidia FX5200
XP home ed.

I believe the speed od the old ram is pc2100. I have 4 slots for RAM on my mobo. I ahve tried changing slots. My Abit manual says put them in 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. The RAM is detected as seen in the picture. I have tried one stick of the new RAM and it did the same thing, except at the screen that i pictured it says "verifying dmi pool data"
or something liek that, and then does nothing as before.
