RAM Problem???

i just installed need for speed underground 2
and as well, once in a while, when i close winamp it happens, but just thought it was a winamp problem cause it never did it with any other program, guess i was wrong.

rolled back my graphics drivers.
was usin' the new ones frun 6/15/2005. guess they don't like my card for this game.
