Ram not at right speed

I just ran the SiSoftware Sandra Cache and Memory benchmark test and it tells me that my Ram is only running at 2x188=376Mhz, but I have PC3200 memory, shouldn't my ram be running at 400Mhz? I even upped the voltage on my ram before I did the test! Whats wrong?

Even my FSB is higher than 400Mhz its at 452Mhz.

whats ur FSB:RAM ratio? it SHOULD be 1:1 400:400 but i assume u overclocked and lowered the ratio so that the ram didn't run 450mhz (because it probably won't)

its 452:376, I didn't lower anything. My mobo doesn't allow me o change any ratio? It probably can't cause it's Kingston Value Ram
