Default Ram going to run slower?

Ok old pc Dell Demension 2350 from 2001 it ran a p4 2.0ghz 333fsb with 512mb pc2100 ram and a radeon 9250 256mb pci. Ok i took it stripped it and sold parts but got some back. Ok heres what i wanted to put in p4 2.4ghz 533fsb (wouldnt work 100%) and 1 512mb stick of pc3200 (same again), as people said. So now heres what im going to put in. p4 1.7ghz 333fsb with 1 stick of pc2700 512mb ram and that same radeon 9250 256mb pci. Now question, would the ram and cpu (cpu probably work) work 100% up to their ability.
