Ram concerns :)

hey guys so i used my old dell ram in my new set up its 333 mhz speed 512 module just today i recieved my other one in the mail cuz i wanted 1 gig so i just bought the same exact one i got from dell... the thing is i think i wanna get one more gig or another 512 but the dell ram i got cost me 90 bucks... for 512! my friend tells me thats a rip off... can i get cheaper or do i need to match them??

Dell RAM = Complete CRAP!!! Unless your using a Dell PC then you should use there RAM. But if it's a PC you built with a good motherboard then get something else.

my bro has a 2400 and I stuck a 256 in it (viking ram) and it recognized it

dell only does that for the retards who don't ask in a forum before they buy
