Is this RAM compatible with my Compaq Presario R3000Z Notebook?

Yes, it should be just check the manual and specs on the slots ect...

All 184 pin DDR modules are compatible with all DDR compliant mobo's.

The RAM will just slow itself to a speed that matches that of the rest of the system.


Inserting PC3200 into a mobo that only supports up to PC2700, the PC3200 will perform like PC2700.
