Default RAM Clock Frequencies

Does anyone out there know how to set clock frequencies for RAM? I am running Dual Channel Corsair PC3200 w/ a CAS L of 2, along w/ an Athlon XP 3200 running at 2200MHZ, on a DFI LanParty NFII Ultra M/B. I am not overclocking. I just need to know what ram clock frequency to set. It gives me multiple options, (ie.1:1, 2:1, 5:6, etc.) I need to know what i should set it to to acheive top performance. Please help.

I GUESS ratio 1:1 and set your FSB to 200MHz.

What's your current FSB and multiplier?
