Default RAID Drives Cloning

Hello, I'm in desperate need for help on this topic, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 file servers set up with 4x80 gb RAID 0 setup... but for safe guarding ... I really want to clone another set of these hard drives.... is it possible to clone these drives onto a brand new disc and if the old ones fail I can plug new ones in right away and be back up and running? and if so ... I've been using CLoning programs called " XXCOPY" and "HDCLONE" off the freeware boot disc at http://www.ultimatebootcd.com ... thats what Ive been using to clone non raided drives and it has worked great...

Like I said... any input is greatly appreciated. I thank you guys again in advance

Can't you just run a RAID 0+1 array?
