Radeon 9600le 256mb

I know there are better cards out there, but I need an opinion.
I had a Geforce fx 5200 128mb, but was told it wasn't much for gaming. I now have a Radeon 9600le 256mb. I will give you my specs, then I need an opinion.

P4 2.8 533fsb
1gig pc2700 333mhz
DVD-rom
CDR-rom
40gig HD
Soundblaster Live!
Radeon 9600LE 256mb 325/400

Now, should I have any issues with gaming?

IMO it isnt that much of an upgrade, you will still have issues espisally with newer games
