Default quiet computing

Does anyone know what quiet computing means? I got this term of the antec website.

the Antec Plus1080AMG SOHO File server does not seem to have it while the sonata piano black mid tower has it.

i was wondering if the Antech Plus1080AMG SOHO File Server is meant for what it means "a file server"?
