Default Quiet case fan?

Many say the nexus is the quietest 120mm. I found one that claimed to be 13db where the nexus is 22db. What can you tell me?

if they advirtise numbers like that, it must be true. Also, some have 'ranges' that they operate at. Sometimes they'll give you the number when your fan is turning very few RPMs. just read the ad closely and talk to the seller. If the site is fishy, then don't buy. Use common sense.

The nexus is moving about 3 times as much air at that db level I found out. I think the numbers are right.
