definately the first one, but question of my own, what do the pins on ram mean?

ok more contact points its gonna be faster.forever thought are u ure motherboard can support ddr and ddr2 at the same time i dont beleive u can run both at the same time and even if u can you computer can only run as fast as the slowest part so it wil in reality be running ddr400 so really just get the pqi and run in dual channel

Just buy another stick of PQI. With the other sticks of ram, they will only run as fast as the slowest one. Also, your system will work better with two of the same sticks of ram, rather than two different kinds. But make sure your computer can run dual channel before you get it otherwise it's just a waste of money.
