Lightbulb QUICK RAM question

Hey, i have an athlon 64 3000+, and an K8V SE Delux
I also have pc2700 ram, and i was wondering what settings some of the Bits in the Bios should be set to to make this work. At the moment the MoBos Bios is overclocking the RAM, and its VERY unstable. Thx

P.S.(all parts new)

Well.....man....if it's overclocking the RAM and it's unstable put 2 and 2 together and go into your BIOS and change your RAM timings so it doesn't. You need to go into your BIOS and change the memory timings so that they dont exceed PC2700 speeds which is 333MHz so you can either do USER DEFINE or By SPD and it should put it where it needs to be. If for the RAM frequencies you see the options, 133, 166, or 200 you want to choose 166 and if your choices are 266,333, or 400 you want to choose 400...some mobos display the RAM Frequency different but if you notice 133x2 = 266, 166x2 = 333 (its rounded obviously), and 200x2 = 400....so yeah.......

turn the RAM down.
