Quick help, please

I was adjusting the screen on my monitor with the buttons on the face of it, and accidentally hit a button called "Recall". Now my screen is incredibly blurry, and I can barely see to type this. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

should be a reset button, or a series of buttons to press to get reset..
