I would personally go with the MSI K8N Neo2 platinum nforce3 Ultra motherboard.

Since your upgrading, go PCI-E

DFI Lanparty Ultra-D with a 6600GT PCI-E

It's around 10-20$ more

don't get that off ebay, you could get it cheaper off newegg.com and they have low shipping too, and it's new

and yes, why would you go gigabyte//AGP when you can go pci-e and dfi lanparty?

you can get the DFI from www.pccasegear.com.au, it's not cheap though

you can get the CPU from MSY cheaper than that. you can get things really cheap there, with warranties
