Questions about Sony's LCD with XBrite technology.

Hello.

I'd like to hear from the experts about Sony's LCD with XBrite technology.

Questions :

1. LCD with Xbrite technology = more hazardous to your eyes than normal LCDs ? (It looks just like CRT so I'm curious.)

2. If certain LCD has no dead pixel. Will it stay like that (no dead pixel) forever? (I heard dead pixel occurs in the manufacturing process. But can it happen later after I buy it?)
