Here is what I am trying to do. I would like to take some of my old VHS tapes and burn them on to a DVD. I also need a new computer. I was wondering if there was a video card that I could input video either by Co-ax or preferably RCA. Also what software would I need to do this. Please don't let this turn into a fight between ATI and nVidia fans. I'm just looking for a good card for under 100. I'm not going to be playing games on it so card memory isn't huge. Thanks for your help. Also the specs for the computer I am getting is below. I'm not going to change anything other than the video card so don't try and sell me something better.

that has got to be most ignorant way to ask for people's help!

If you have nothing better to do than make fun of people maybe you should have looked up the answer to my question. The world has enough jerks without you.

Thank you ReverseFluxx for the link. Thats what I was looking for.
