I have a 300w PSU, I don't plan on changing it anytime soon. What would be the best video card that this PSU can handle. Will it be able to handle the X700Pro?

Well really it should be ok, as the motherboard and processor use most power. However, i would recommed a 400w or larger lookin at your system.

Who makes it? That is what is important. If it isn't Antec, Thermaltake or ocz (there are a couple of other good manufactorers out there as well.)

Ah, well You might want to consider buying a better psu. If you dont have any problems right now, then you can hold off, but I would recomend a 450w by a good company.

9200SE would probolly be the most you could run without stretching your PSU

Once you open your case, your warranty is gone, and overdrawing cheap PS's can lead to them taking out the entire PC

Considering you have a Prescott CPU, etc, I agree with some previous suggestions to get at least a 400W PSU if you plan on getting a powerful vid card.
