Default Question about my video card..

Newegg.com - Leadtek WinFast PX7600GS TDH 256MB Classic Edition Geforce 7600GS 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

This is my video card. As you can see, it has a heat sink, instead of a fan.
Now, during the winter and spring, it performed great. However as summer approaches, I've grown a bit worried that the hot weather (Usually 100 Degrees at the summers peak) Will damage the video card or cause performance problems.

Try to keep your PC in a cool place. Turn it off when not in use, and try to limit gaming or anything utilizing the GPU to the cooler hours of the day... or look into getting a better cooling solution for the card.

it wouldn't worry about it untill it causes problems.

if/when it does, then cable tie and 80mm fan to it, and problem is solved.

Thanks for the advice. But I do have a back up if there are problems, since I kept the old one around, even if it's fan is loud as ****.
