You have to go into your BIOS and find out where the DRAM Timings section is and change the numbers accordingly. You've seen that by default they are 3-3-3-8 and it needs to be at 2-3-2-6 so find where the timing section in your BIOS is and change the numbers to those that it needs to be. Right down what each number is in CPU-Z so you know what number to change meaning right down the title of what number is. Cas Latency, Ras-to-Cas, etc..etc...
