is it possible to have a computer with more than 1 mother board and some how like like 2 or 3 motherboards together?

hmm . . .

ive never heard of a comp with more than 1 motherboard . . .

why would you want to do that?

and how would it fit in the case?

some how weld a combination of 2 or more cases together. and y i would do that i would like to see how it would work out ive got 3 motherboards layin around all old pentium 2's so i wanna see wut i could do with them

You can build a computer with more than one processor, but I've never heard of a PC with more than one mobo. Welding cases together..lol. It doesn't work that way. Either build 3 PII machines or get a dual-processor mobo and use two processors.

YES ME,

If you don't want to accept the corect answers the members gave you ...Try this.

1. Get the 2 PC and glue them together,
2. then Hook Both of them with short CROSSOVER cable.
3. Make all hard disk share. or use C$,D$ etc..Then 'MAP NETWORK DRIVE' .and make it "reconnect at logon"....
This will show the disks next time you logon.
5. Install VNC server on the computer which is not connected to the monitor
6. Open VNC Viewer from the computer hooked with monitor and WOLA you have access to the other HALF of your Glued " 1 "Computer...
With VNC server You need only 1 monitor and 1 mouse, 1 keyboard.
7. Open A Beer and enjoy your creature...

Do this and you Will have the First Computer with 2 MotherBoards
And FIRST WINDOWS OS with 2 Desktops..........
Same like LINUX have Virtual Desktops.

well you can try . . .

i mean you already have the mobos . . .

just dont expect top-notch performance outta it . . .

but see if you can do it . . .
