I've seen that phrase used before. Lets say I have PC3200 DDR Memory. It can either be overclocked PC2700 or Pure PC3200. Pure would be native speed, while overclocked is not.
That all depends on how much the card can handle. I also don't know if it's only temp storage. I don't think that you can store data on RAM after the system is powered down. So you might have to install the proggy there only while your system is running.
