I don't need more than 400 watts, but I don't know of any other good PSU's. I want to buy the 450w because it is cheaper and I need to keep a budget on my new system, but it's specs are slightly different approvals and output ratings.
I am no expert here so I'm open to suggestions and explanations. Thanks in advance!

I would go with the 500 watter because since your going cheap you might aswell go beyond your needs so you don't stress the unit:confused:

dont get higher wattage PSU ust beause its cheaper, an expensive PSU can handle power ful systems even as ifs at lower watttage.

i'm using 350W :) Fortron Source, and its fan still running quiet (shows that it hasnt got load on it)

The higher wattage PSU is NOT cheaper. I want the lower wattage one because it IS cheaper.
