Which PSU?

What psu do you think would be the best for these specs?

oced athlon xp mobile 2400 (35watt)
9800 pro
7200 rpm hd (80gb)
dvd burner
cd rom
about 3 fans (including cpu cooler)
mobo
dual cold cathodes

It needs to be good and reliable but not too expensive.
