Processor voltage

I was just about to order and had to make a choice between 2 processors..

both are venice cores
the 3200+ 1.35/1.4 volt
or
the 3200+ 1.5 volt

My questions is which is better for the voltage? I understand the lower voltage might produce lower temps, but the 1.5v didn't come with a fan/heatsink so I was assuming that maybe it's worth more.

the one without a heatsink and fan is OEM, which comes with no warrenty whatsoever. I don't know why it would have more voltage however.

I didnt' know that, good info.

That makes it easy to make the decision then, I'll go with the lower voltage and keep the warranty.
