im looking to buy a CPU tats inexpensive but good. im not sure about my price range so wat should i look for in a cpu, wats unnecessary and stuff

I would agree. I have yet to get any experience in overclocking but I hear the Athlon XP 2500+ is en excellent chip for overclocking easily, that and the Athlon XP-M 2400+ thats the mobile chip for laptops. Lower voltage, less heat, more heat resistant, also easy to OC. I think personally I'm gonna go with 2500+ and oc to 3200+. 2500+ chip is like $90 I think
