hi all im thinking of bying this a8v deluxe motherboard(http://uk.asus.com/products/mb/socket939/a8v-d/overview.htm)and need a realy good processer to go with it can anyone point me in the right direction please as i dont know what to get the faster the better thanks in advance mlr

You would want an AMD64 chip. There is a decent range of speeds available. Just pick the one that is within your price range.

im getting that motherboard but a 3500+ chip. save 300 bucks and get pretty much the same performance with the ability to upgrade later
