Problem with Shuttle AN35N Ultra and an AMD AthlonXP 3000+!

After I:
Open BIOS
"Load Optimized Defaults"
Change FSB to 200
Change Multiplyer to 10.5x
Save Settings and Quit

The screen says something like:
"Warning: The system is changing CMOS settings"

And then the computer turns off, when its really supposed to just restart.. :( The red light is on while it shows the message about it changing the CMos settings and then it turns off when the computer turns off. :(:(

Any other ideas?

reset your cpu heatsink and make sure its on right. also make sure the fan is on right and working properly. And make sure that you have a THIN layer of thermal grease. The red light means that your cpu is overheating and that is the reason its shuttin goff. just make sure that your heatsink is on right and when you have it on right and you put it back on right then it should workk fine.
