After a power outage, the HP w19 monitor displays the image moved 1/4 to the right. Only 3/4 of the image is visible. There is a black bar at the left side of the monitor that spans 1/4 where the image should be. I have tried to adjust the horizontal position manually from the menu on the monitor and tried to do a "Factory Reset", but neither of these worked. The Power Button is broken and unusable, the monitor stays on 24/7. The monitor is running at 1440x900 @ 60Hz. The OS is Windows XP Home.
