pro evo 4 not so pro on the 9800 pro

I just installed a radeon 9800 pro 128Mb. I am impressed with the performance but when i play pro evo 4 soccer, although the graphics look great the scrolling isn't as smooth as it could be.

512MB DDR RAM

Saphire Radeon 9800 pro 128MB

played need for speed on max settings and its fine but I really wanna sort out the scrolling on pro evo, its playable but not perfect.
